New Residential Services: What is needed?
- Completed Application
- $25.00 non-refundable Application Fee
- Deposit due at the time of service-$120.00 for Renters and $90.00 for Active Duty Military or Homeowners.
- Lease, rental agreement or ownership papers
- Copy of the Certificate of Occupancy --housing inspection.
- Everyone over the age of 18 must sign the application and provide a Driver's License or State ID.
- Credit Cards in the office (We can not accept credit cards over the phone)
- Checks or Money Orders
